Our kitchen

Named after the olive tree, cooked like home.

Zaitoon means olive. It is the first thing on the table and the last thing in the pan: pressed into dips, drizzled over grills, folded into dough.

The menu is short on purpose. Mezze made each morning, meat and vegetables over real charcoal, and desserts that are worth leaving room for.
